General program meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7 pm at the Charles Town Visitors Center (on George St., opposite the Jefferson County Court House). These meetings are open to the public and are intended to provide participating organizations and individuals an opportunity to report on assigned tasks, obtain guidance, and exchange information.
Participating organizations and task groups will hold regular meetings to monitor their specific areas of responsibility. Organization and task leaders will report to the Program Director at regular intervals on their progress as well as on problems identified or anticipated and proposed solutions.
